Edinburgh Planning and Building Standards - Agents Event


These events are an opportunity for you to have your say about Edinburgh Planning and Building Standards services. The events will take place on the following dates and times:

Monday 25 January 2016 at 4pm to 6pm in the Urban Room to the rear of the PBS reception area

Tuesday 2 February 2016 at 4pm to 6pm in the Urban Room to the rear of the PBS reception area

There will be at presentation on the changes starting promptly at 4.15 and then an opportunity for questions and discussions.

We will cover the following topics:

 The quality of planning application and building warrant submissions

 The validation process and how you can help Edinburgh Planning to help you

 Planning and Building Standards Help Desk changes and how they affect you

 Seeking pre-application advice – the new service

 Consistency of decision-making

 Changes in administrative procedures

If you would like to register for one of the sessions, please email planning.servicedelivery@edinburgh.gov.uk with your preferred date and who will be attending.

Please note that Edinburgh Planning and Building Standards will also be attending the Edinburgh Chartered Architects Network (ECAN) meeting on 17 February so if you are due to go to this, there is no need to attend one of our separate events.
