MEET THE EAA | Online Discussion
Thursday 10th March
13:00 - 14:00
ONLINE EVENT via Zoom
Join us for an informal online lunchtime session to chat to EAA Council Trustees about the work of the EAA and how you can get involved!
The Edinburgh Architectural Association’s formal mission is to create an approachable nucleus of architects and student architects to meet and hold events to stimulate thought and discussion and to share common aspirations. We aim to form links with other construction and arts-related bodies and to promote our skills and expertise to the public.
The EAA is seeking new trustees to join our Council in May, and new members to join our different working groups addressing different opportunities and challenges for the profession.
What does that mean in practice?
These open lunchtime sessions are a chance to speak to the EAA President, Joanne McClelland, and other trustees about the activities of the EAA and the opportunities available for contributing and influencing what we do in the future.
We believe the EAA has an important role in connecting architects to contribute a collective voice on sustainability and climate change, on architectural education, planning, conservation, and promoting the value of architects and good design practice. If you would like to help us influence these important topics, please come along and join these discussions.
