The annual EAA Awards are recognised at local and national level and are one of the main highlights of the EAA programme.

The Building of the Year winner, awards winners and commendations were announced at the Awards Ceremony at Edinburgh College of Art on 14th November 2024.

Congratulations to GRAS, winners of the 2024 Building of the Year Award for Preston Tower, Doocot & Garden, as well as all of our 2024 award winners, commended projects and short-listed entries.
