2025 EAA Awards - Applications Now Open!

The EAA Awards are designed to create a showcase for the Architectural profession to demonstrate its skills and its contribution to society and the environment. They highlight the excellent work undertaken within the Edinburgh Architectural Community and by Architects in general. Categories for this year’s awards remain as in previous years, with entrants able to apply to the small, medium or large project categories, as well as the Ambassadors Award. As well as these awards, projects will be selected from all categories as recipients of the wood, conservation and building of the year awards.

Applications for the awards open on Friday 11th July, and close on Friday 22nd August, with judges’ visits taking place throughout the autumn. Shortlisted entrants will be announced in November with the winners unveiled at the annual awards ceremony, which will be held in on 21st November 2025 in central Edinburgh.

2024 winners: Preston Tower by GRAS - Building of the Year; Sciennes Primary School by Homes Millar - Large Project; Circus Lane by DS Architecture - Medium Project; Fan House, North Berwick by Loader Monteith - Small Project.
