EAA Invites: David Givan on NPF4
Organised by the EAA Planning Working Group
Scotland’s fourth National Planning Framework (NPF4) was adopted by the Scottish Ministers on 13th February 2023, replacing NPF3 and Scottish Planning Policy. It forms part of the Development Plan, replacing the previous four Strategic Development Plans for City Regions. It sets out our spatial principles, regional priorities, national developments, and national planning policy.
Join us on Thursday 29th June for an evening with David Givan, Chief Planning Officer for City of Edinburgh Council, who will present NPF4 and how this affects the Edinburgh Local Development Plan.
Time and location:
The event will be held at RIAS at 15 Rutland Square, Edinburgh EH1 2BE, and will run according to the following timeline:
18:00 - Doors open
18:15 - Presentation and discussion
19:00 - Q&A session
19:30 - Finish
The EAA is a charity run by volunteers. We would be grateful if you would consider making a small donation to support our work and allow us to continue our programme of accessible events for the architectural community in Edinburgh.
The RIAS Bookshop will stay open during the event. RIAS membership is available through their website and is free to all architecture students studying in Scotland.
