EAA Micro Visits: Passivhaus Building site visit TO 34 Blackford Avenue.
6pm on 5th SEPTEMBER 2023 

In the first of a new series of EAA Micro Visits, join Grigor Mitchell, architect and Passivhaus Designer, for a site tour of 34 Blackford Avenue - a house designed to Passivhaus standards and other ecological considerations. 

As the Technical Standards are updated to incorporate aspects of Passivhaus approach, this is a chance to understand the construction details and energy systems that will be required for future projects, in the context of an exciting new house.  

Time: 6pm 5 September, tour time approx. 1 hour.  

Cost: Free. 

Please bring robust footwear.
