The Edinburgh Architectural Association welcomes you to the announcement of the 2020 winners across our five award categories, including the judges choice for Building of the Year!
2020 has been a difficult year and we are disappointed that we are unable to hold the awards drinks reception in Edinburgh, but we are looking forward to you joining us at this on-line ceremony where we will be premiering our film shorts of the full short list across all categories; Regeneration / Conservation, Large Project, Small Project, Wood Award, and Ambassador.
In total 42 submissions were received. All projects are designed by registered architects and built within the chapter area, with exception of the Ambassador Award which is built out with the chapter. All entries built within the chapter area will also be eligible for the highest accolade - EAA Building of the Year 2020!
The entries were of an incredibly high standard this year, which demonstrates the richness and diversity of work being produced by Architects in our chapter area.
