OLd schoolhouse
JUDGES COMMENTS
“Old Schoolhouse is special: it puts architecture in the urban realm and at the heart of a community. The clever plan resolutions and contextual architectural inspirations ensure that the architectural delivery is respectful, honest, polite and rich. This project raises the inherent values and pride that every building at the heart of a community can deliver by being repurposed.”

TREEN
JUDGES COMMENTS
“Treen is exactly as you see it, but it is delivering so many core messages. It has a role in the urban grain of an existing neighbourhood, it is contributing to an active street frontage, putting architecture in the urban realm. It highlights the massively important role of engaging with the supply chain at an early stage, utilising local skilled crafts people, a duty to specify natural materials, all while contributing to the holistic sustainable brand of the clients’ business.”
