The Conservation Working Group is active in relation to key issues around architectural conservation. In conjunction with the Events Working Group, they organise CPD and informative events teaching good conservation practice, and campaign around important concerns or opportunities. The Conservation Working Group also contributes to the RIAS Sustainability Working Group through EAA Representatives.

The Conservation Working Group are always looking for new volunteers and members to help to support the promotion of architectural conservation work within the Chapter area. You do not have to be on EAA Council to be a member of the working group.

The EAA value the benefits of having different experience, backgrounds and points of view on our working groups and would encourage volunteers from underrepresented groups within the architectural profession.
